BMW uses pretty large batteries and often times units that would otherwise meet their technical criteria are too small to fit the brackets. This adaptor plate enables you to use a 175mm battery instead of the standard OEM 190mm battery. This is particularly useful when prepping a track car where weight savings are important.


This battery spacer has been modeled to perfectly fit the foot print of the OEM BMW E46 battery hold down bracket. Please be cautious when selecting a battery and ensure it meets your vehicle specifications.
