Refund, return, and exchange policies
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we're unable to process a return.
To start a return, email us at info@autoclassicx.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps. Please don't send anything back without confirming with us first.
Non-returnable items
We can't accept returns on gift cards or made-to-order parts manufactured specifically for your vehicle. If you're unsure whether your item is returnable, contact us before ordering.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll sort it out — either with a replacement or a full refund.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may apply to items returned in a condition that differs from how they were sent — for example, with missing components or damaged packaging not caused by transit.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first — processing times vary. If it's still not showing, email us at info@autoclassicx.com and we'll look into it.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different specification or colour, contact us directly. We'll advise on availability and process the exchange once the original item is returned.
Shipping costs
Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for returns that don't reach us.
