Returns & Refunds
AutoClassicX is a trading name of MSECO LTD (Companies House registration 15473463), a UK private limited company. This policy applies to all orders placed at autoclassicx.com.
Return window
We accept returns for up to 30 days after you receive your item. For orders shipped into the European Union, the EU 14-day cooling-off period also applies, in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with any tags or packaging intact, and accompanied by your receipt or order number.
How to start a return
Email info@autoclassicx.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. Within 1 working day we will reply with:
- The correct return address (returns are processed by our specialist manufacturing partner, so the address depends on the part)
- A return shipping label where applicable
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
Important: items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days so we can put it right. We will cover return shipping in these cases.
Made-to-order parts
Many of our parts are made to order through our specialist Polish manufacturing partner. Because these are produced on demand to your specification:
- Made-to-order parts are not returnable for change of mind once production has started, unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly
- Please confirm vehicle fitment, part number, and specification with us before placing your order — we are happy to help you check
- If you do return a non-defective made-to-order part that we accept back, a 10% restocking fee applies to cover quality inspection, repackaging, and the production resources used
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or card processing can add a few additional days at their end.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not seen the refund, contact us at info@autoclassicx.com.
Return shipping
For non-defective returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service for orders over £75, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
