These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services at autoclassicx.com (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage. To use the Services you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
AutoClassicX is a curated catalogue of reproduction classic car parts. Manufacturing is performed by our specialist Polish manufacturing partner. We make every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. Colours and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product purchased by you will be identical to images shown. All descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or restrict sales to particular geographic regions or jurisdictions on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and have received your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted, particularly for made-to-order parts. Many parts in our catalogue are produced on demand, with lead times stated on the product page. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include shipping, customs, or import charges, which are payable by you at the destination country where applicable. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer where applicable.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all text, displays, images, graphics, product photos, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by MSECO LTD, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by United Kingdom and foreign copyright and other intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. The names AutoClassicX, MSECO LTD, and their logos and slogans are trademarks of MSECO LTD or its affiliates. Trademarks of vehicle marques (Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Porsche, BMW, etc.) referenced in product titles and descriptions are used solely for the descriptive purpose of identifying fitment; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the trademark owners.
SECTION 7 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Services are powered by Shopify, which provides our e-commerce platform. Any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with MSECO LTD trading as AutoClassicX. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and AutoClassicX, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
SECTION 8 — PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services you acknowledge that you have read it.
SECTION 9 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order. We will of course refund in full any amount charged for an order we cannot fulfil.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. You and MSECO LTD consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales for any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on this website.
